The personal data collected through the website forms (first name, surname, phone, email and reason for enquiry) is used exclusively to:

• Manage appointment and hearing assessment requests.
• Respond to enquiries and inform about our services.
• Stay in touch with the patient when necessary.

The lawful basis is the consent of the data subject, given when completing and submitting the form, as well as the performance of the professional relationship where one exists.

Personal data and clinical information linked to hearing assessments are kept for a minimum period of 5 years from the last intervention, review or fitting, in line with applicable Spanish healthcare and optical regulations.

Data from purely commercial enquiries or contacts without follow-up clinical relationship will be kept only as long as needed to address the request and, where applicable, for the legal periods required to address potential liabilities. After those periods the data will be deleted using appropriate security measures.

Data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. Form submissions are handled through Resend (email delivery provider) acting as a data processor under the safeguards required by GDPR.

To analyse website traffic we use exclusively Google Search Console, which provides aggregated and anonymous data about the site's performance in search results and doesn't install tracking cookies in the user's browser.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by sending an email to ribes@naturaloptics.com indicating the right you wish to exercise.
